what are the moulds made of? certainly not normal plaster is it?

It's not any kind of plaster
They're made from high quality aluminium filled epoxy resin. It's quite an expensive material to use for moulds, but will produce a much better finish than say plaster, mdf or modelling board. It also looks lush when it's polished

normally not, the body still fit the longer chassis.
that's what a team driver told me and he was using the new chassis grtz
