Hi Dale, will be doing some rounds this season, just dunno what, but feel free to post the dates to a facebook group I setup yesterday http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?...56492184382793 basically to make it easier to plan all the events going on.

Add 13.5 to those classes, we did drop 13.5 about a year ago because of lack of interest in this class at Bedworth but we think its worth another try, not on the entry form but booking in on the day is fine.

We even raced with the heavy snow last year, just cleared it and raced great fun.

Excellent start to the Winter Series Championship, the whole day was dry but Bob tried all day to get the track dry which most of it was just mostly the straight was still abit wet.

All the racers seemed to have a great time, started off with a wet track but the wind managed to dry it off abit, Stock Class seems to be very competitive now that the class has been split up in to F1/F2, F1 for the turbo speedos and F2 for the non turbo speedos. This i think seems to give the class a better chance to the racers who havent decided to try the turbo speedos because of the sheer speed that they give the cars. Carisma 1/14 Class is going very well, managed 5 drivers but some very close racing with myself and Bob Burr. Futhermore, 10.5/19t Class had only 5 drivers with some close racing also, how those guys manage to keep those kinds of speeds in a straight line in madness.

Hope everyone else had a great day as well, and im looking forward to the next round in two weeks on the 24th November 2010

It did clash with rd 2 at Ardent though, but think that's the only date that does. I was going to go there, but ended up doing neither in the end due to illness.

Round 2 of the winter series is this sunday, we have purchased a large gas blower to clear the track of any frost and damp which should help the racing a little.
Good racing last time with a decent turnout for winter.

Racing will still go ahead tomorow whatever the weather, we will sweep the track of any snow then melt any icy bits with the new gas blower .

Cleered a foot of the white stuff last year so a little sprinkling shouldnt be too bad.

Well nearly 20 drivers braved to minus 8 degree temps to race today, brave hardy lot at Bedworth, some good racing and with a 80% dry track not to bad either.
Thanks to all the helpers for cleering the track.

Looks like we had our Alpine round early this year! I guess with 7 rounds still to go it may not be the first. Great racing today with the hardcore racers turning up.

Couple of pics from today, great job with pretty much everyone out with brooms at the start of the day clearing the snow.
