I see Marc Reinard is on the list, but not paid etc.

With the quality of the field I think I'm just going to watch!

Team Durango Winter Series Round3 and casual Pre-Petit RC warm up Sunday 19th December.

Your last chance to run on the track before the 2011 PetitRC. Track will be more like what we will run for the PetitRC 2011. So book in and get some air time.

Either PM or email me at [email protected] with your name and formula you wish to run (and PT, BRCA, ability 1-100 and frequencies if you have not yet raced in the series).

for more info visit www.ardentracing.com/teamdurangowinterseries

John.

Entry list for the big event is looking superb. Shame Neil Cragg isn't on the list!

John,

Is the above info correct? as on the email you have sent out to see if shops want to sell at the Petit Race, you have put that the track is open on 13th & 14th for practice?

That must be practice for ON-Road Marc.
Surely you cant have 2 days of practice for this kind of International event!!!

I have heard the track is open for practice on the Thurs and Friday which I thought was odd.

I'm sure Nicholas Petit will change that! If not I'll be there Friday

The track will be made into Off Road for those two days before but will not resemble anything like the Petit layout or jumps.

So basically its the same surface but not the same layout so there will be no 'direct' advantage. only the same as going to worksop for example in the week and driving round in the gym with a few kick jumps.

Think if it is going to be open for practice on friday it should be advertised as 3 day meeting, I only have saturday free for 2wd, but if half the field has done 50 laps practice on friday, see no point in going sat
Spoil the meeting a bit

I'll try to get hold of Nicolas and have a definate answer.

What you can be sure of is that IF there is any practice, like Ben says it won't be on the race track or jumps.

So the track will need building at some point on Friday, which means if there is practice on friday, it's probably not going to be for the whole day, most likely morning only.

In which case I could do win organising my week too, can't take Friday off as I originally planned so as it looks like no Friday night practice I'd try and get Thursday afternoon or something instead if the tracks open!
