What size spur gear do you guys run on your 511, and what make?

Standard Tamiya, though they are oval and cack, I like my electric sounding nitro!!

They've got 91t i've just ordered one, I'm currently running an 89t but it's sounds really bad after a big shunt at taplaw a couple of weeks ago.

I hope the bulkheads are not bent and it was the motor that shifted.

Normally I dont recommend 3racing because its generally shit, but their delrin 91T spur gear for the 501 fits my 511 and is much stronger than the standard Tamiya plastic spur which has a tendency to strip if you brake hard on high grip surfaces.

We have got them forsale 91T RW machined spurs for 511X and 501X
also fit the DB01 they are nice and round. will be at Broxtow tommorow if anyone want one.
