Not at all, as you have a responsibility to your sponsor (don't bite the hand that feeds you and all that)
But I would argue that if you're not happy with the product you are meant to be endorsing, then you should exit the agreement as soon as you are able to.

As Pete says, if you feel that way then it would be a better idea to leave as it will catch you out one day and then no one will want to back you unless your really something special.
