Are you sure 10,000sqft is enough? Thats 100x100ft, or 30x30m. That's going to be a pretty tiny track once pitting and a shop has taken up some room.

And if it's open 7 days a week, its going to have to pay someone a salary as well as covering costs.

Having said that, in terms of costs it must be feasible; Ardent Raceway rent a permanent warehouse for their track and shop, and I believe they now break even. Although I guess a 1/8th dirt track will require a lot more room, and the income may not scale by the same amount as the costs.

Might we worth having a chat to John at Ardent.

I am sure it is big enough but I may be wrong. How big are other 1/8th tracks?
