thanks guys i told my mate i would try to findout what it was as he only know it was a schuey ...

does anyone still race these and if so what mods would need to be made ??

not really raced anymore, unless a club runs a vintage class.

Interestingly that looks like it's got mounts for a saloon body.

Yeah it's a Pro Cat, they did a version with saloon body mounts, and also a conversion kit. If your mate wants to sell it please let's know.

What was th edifference between the Pro Cat and the Boss Cat? I seem to recall them being quite similar?

They are similar, the Procat SE even had the Bosscat varishocks and Aerodisc wheels allowing it to run 2.2 tyres.

If I remember correctly, the ProCAT had the front belt running under the chassis. The bosscat had the belt over the chassis
