Default Contacting Schumacher?

Hi guys,

For those of you who've had issues with missing / defective parts, how have you been contacting Schumacher? I tried [email protected] which I found on their website but haven't had any replies despite 2 emails over the past week.

Are you guys using a different email address or perhaps their typical response time is a tad longer?

Just wondering how to contact them and how long to wait for a reply as there was a wrong part in my Cougar kit and I was hoping they could help.

Thanks.

Thanks guys. I'm not in the UK so calling them will be quite an expensive option. Hopefully they'll check their emails and reply soon or I just might have to make the call...

No one else have any luck with emails?

I emailed them useing that address and got a reply 2-3 days later as it was over a weekend gap.. how much detail was in the email ? i gave details on the shop i brought mine from and my location in the world so the email was hand balled to the correct person for that area which was harvey.

I was usng my yahoo email account aswell so it got past without being spam filter blocked.

Its alittle harder to get to someone through e-mail because it goes to the general e-mail at shumacher. Make sure you e-mail customer service and like everyone else has said service is second to none. In my opinion you should make a two minute phone call, from what they've told me they are going nuts trying to get all the Cougars and Cat sx2 out. I'm a little old fashioned and like to speak to people instead of texting or e-mail.
