Default Tamiya HL cylinder

I just ordered a set of front/rear HL cylinder #42132/42133 for aeration dampers for my 501xwe.
Anyone know if all the parts from the 501xwe dampers will fit in the HL cylinder? What is the difference from the standard shock cylinders vs HL cylinder? Is it just more "bling" and a diiferent coating?
Been trying to search this without any luck!
thanks!

They'll fit.

They're simply a nicer colour and a smoother coating.

Less friction. I have them on my 501x and they feel ultra smooth on the track.
