Hehe well other than the wheels it is starting to come together but ive still got a lot to do. Ive been promised a brass lipo tray but as and when its ready is another matter. Still i think when its actually fitted the car should handle much better on high grip surfaces.

Cheeky sod, just my luck it was supposed to be red and came off pink, and no thanks I prefer the female variety, preferably much younger than you hehehe

Before you race your car change the rear shock mount holder as its brittle and one roll you'll need a new one. Have an alloy one made, or maybe better still a brass one to better balance the car on the jumps. I am not joking and can cause major problems if you don't.

Fibre lyte cant do it as you have to drill through the grain and it splits which is annoying. Alloy or brass is the way to go like my race car.

I never really liked the kyosho springs and prefered either schumacher or associated. Still if they work great. I can give you a set up for blue groove wet clay (yatabee arena) later on when you need it and does work rather well.

My original has been sent off to Kamtec.

He has not yet started on the mold but I understand that he will shortly as quite a few of us want to order one.

It doesnt come with an undertray but I have sent one and also the shell has a wing molded into it.

Now I've got one of these as well. Needs some parts and new body/undertray to make it nice again. It's really nice car anyway.

Nice to see you like the vintage stuff too, a company named team bluegroove makes a complete body and undertray set but it's a little on the thin side for racing. A company named Kamtec is in the process of makeing molds too, since they are based in the UK maybe you should wait for their set to save on the shipping. If you need any parts let me know, I've got alot of spares together.

Good luck,
Bill

Give us the part numbers and we can source it. Any carbon fibre parys try fibre-lyte as they have pretty much most of the items.

These are cars I got as reward for some help. They still need some cleaning.
As you see Lazer has steering block from Optima so that's what I need, maybe
also rear driveshafts if I won't be able to get rid of rust and some new wheels.
Optima needs driveshaft, axle, hub mounting screws, hex and wheel (I got only
3 wheels). I haven't checked everything yet (especially drivetrain internals) so
there might will be more parts to replace.

I'm bit on tight budget at the moment so as I see it - it will be project for longer
period of time
