Fitting Speed Passion Speedo

Hi Guys,

Right I've got the car finally built ready to get my the electrics for the car.

I'm in whether two minds what will fit in the car.

I know Lee Martin runs Speed Passion but what speedo is he running in his AC CR2?

Here is list of what I'm going to run electrics

Speed Passion GT2.0 Blue Pro
Speed Passion V3.0 8.5t
Ko Propo 2413 Low Profile or Ko Propo full size if enough room.
Intellect lipo saddles.
Ko Propo 4omhz rec KR-302FS.

What do you guys think to the list above or what would you think best to change

It should fit, I know someone who used the SP in their CR2.

It is a bit tight up front anyway, i've currently got the savox low profile servo, lrp phaser receiver and lrp sphear tc, but I did have a GTB in it before that. It fitted, just not loads of space to play with.

Some clever moving around will help.

Which SP ESCs are Lee M using?

I whould bet Lee is using the Speed Passion GT2.0

You will get every thing in but the reciver is the tuff part, and hiding all the cabels.
i had to move the servo 2mm forward to get the ESC in

i run the gt pro with a 7.5 motor in my cr2. low profile futaba servo and i can fit the power cap between it and the servo. I do run the micro spektrum reciever and it all fits no problem

Look like I'm going to have problems then placing the rec into the car with this lot

I will go for the low profile & see from there just i was torn at buying another LRP SXX but didnt see the satisfaction of buying something so expensive just for 2wd.

Anyone got any pics of thier wiring & layout in the car.

Put the receiver on its side. Once its all pluged in, you only need to get to the crystals so just stick it on its thinner side.

you will get it to fit mate, i just realised i have servo, pt(on its side), powercap and then speedo all in a row from front to back. reciever by the side of them. Yours on its side should work a treat
