They are being run more like nationals this year with practice in heat order, etc due to meetings runnung late and the like. Can only be a good thing - remember the York indoor regional when the A final didn't get finished untill 7pm?

But at York we were running 2 full classes, whereas outdoors the number of heats will undoubtedly be less.

When reading that info, I don't think practice is going to be run in heat order... I just think its going to be regulated into 5 minute slots, so you can't bring out some super batteries and run round for hours!

Not heat order, and 5 min slots will probably only be used if there is a huge que and people are running for 15 mins at a time or something stupid.

Conflicting weather reports aswell. The Met and weatheronline say sunny/cloudy. BBC and weather.co.uk say rain.
I can do Marske to Nissan in about 35 minutes, and you're about 20 miles closer, lol. That was before a nice man in a Ford Galaxy with blue lights and funny stickers took a dislike to my driving though.

Hope the weather stays dry like. I'm supposed to be in Newcastle on Sunday. Might pop in on the way back to have a watch.

To be honest I dont want to go in the rain, I see it as a waste, I wont want to race in it as know me everythin possible will explode and I dont see it as being enjoyable in the rain. Typical weather like, sunny the next day.

Haha, my thoughts exactly. No offence taken.

I'll tell you what I hate about racing in the rain - MUD UNDER MY NAILS. It drives me INSANE.
