Very confused? Whats all this mean please?

Some things in these posts catched our attention and we would like to make some remarks about this :

First of all we want to emphasis that this car is NOT a Durango! It's an Aero car and it's called A one. Secondly mister Strenge was NOT involved in the development of this A one car. This was all done in-house. So it's not right to use the name Durango when you are talking about Aero Racing. This is added to take any confusion away , if there may be confusion in any way (because we mentioned from the start that this is not a Durango).

There will be a tool available to adjust the slipper very easily. It's developed that way that you can't brake the diffs if you follow the setup that you get after using the tool. Hope everything is clear now?

the weight thing is a very sexy idea.

using a special tool you place the tool on the scales, force the slipper until it slips and it gives you the amountof slip you get at the force you set it to.

for example setting it to slip at 230 g's of torque............confused????

its easier to show people how it works lol!

*What is the relation of this car to the Durango, and why isn’t the original name used?*
We bought the stuff off Gerd Strenge in January this year, although we have been developing the product for a year now. The name Durango cannot be used due to Chrylser registering this name for one of their products.

*Have any changes been made to the car since you took over?*
Yes, the steering, diffs, geometry. It will have a graphite moulded chassis instead of aluminium, due to the cost of machining an aluminium chassis.

This is a bit confusing isn't it...
It's not a Durango anymore! That would be a more correct answer.

Can the slipper be used as a slipper .As in not like the bj we which once set shouldnt be adjusted between rounds becaues of the thread lock setting in time.I konw its 4wd but i really wanted to adjust the slipper on my S4 at tivy but was worried about it coming lose mid race. Also would it fit the bj drive. Its a very very good idea having a tourqe meter on it though.

The car looks the nuts I didn't see it at tivvy, but saw it with lee at CML.. Looked rappid :O Apart from when it kept overheating on the like, last lap n stuff, but yeah, top car. the thing i would like to know, is the 'A-One' going to be the new xx-4?!?!... And also, what about the parts? Are they cheap or expensive? if it does become the new xx-4, God hopes the shassis wont be 60-70pounds :O ???

Thank you If this makes sense
