ALL CAMPING FEES WILL BE COLLECTED ON BOOKING IN FROM ALL DRIVERS

There are camping fees enforced at this event PLEASE NOTE;
The camping fees are not enforced by the club organizing the meeting they are by the show organizers,landowners etc,, If for any reason you have any queries with camping fees please see the appropiate organizers when you arrive on site and not the clubs;THE TEAM DOES NOT WISH any posts going out public on any forums concerning camping fees if for any reason THE TEAM do the person/persons concerned will be named and shamed and loose entry to the next 2 rounds of this season.IT MAY SEEM HARSH BUT THE TEAM will not tolerate any kind of this behaviour on open forums SO BE WARNED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CAMPING FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS;

There are 10 pitches available for caravans with mains electric hook ups which are situated on a grass base;

The fee for these are £10.00 per night PER UNIT

These will be on a 1ST COME 1ST SERVED BASIS UNDER NO ACCEPTION will these places be pre booked or saved in advance for anybody;

CAMPING FEES FOR NO ELECTRIC HOOK UP ARE AS FOLLOWS;

£7.50 per night PER CARAVAN
£7.50 per night PER TENT

These camping fees are all for PER UNIT and NOT PER PERSON which we feel overall are good


DOG;S ON SITE;

Dogs are allowed on site and also allowed in to the pub we have been asked by the landlord PLEASE MAKE SURE you clean up after your dog as they do not want dog mess all over the grass areas; DOGS MUST BE ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES there is a area in which you can exercise your dogs

There are also rooms available at the pub itself and these consist of 3 types of rooms all which are EN SUITE;
TARRIF FOR ROOMS;PLEASE NOTE PRE BOOK ROOMS BEFORE 1ST APRIL AS AFTER THIS THE TARRIFS WILL INCREASE

£30.00 FOR 1 PERSON PER NIGHT
£45.00 FOR 2 PEOPLE PER NIGHT
£50.00 FOR FAMILY ROOM OF 4 PEOPLE I DOUBLE 2 BUNK BEDS

This includes rooms which are en suite and a good hearty good old english breakfast

There will be a butty van also available for Sunday & Monday which is open from 11.30 a.m - 4.00p.m

The pub is a family run pub with meals served all day and on Sunday a special carvery served all day the owners are really nice people and make you feel really welcome there is also availabLe a old english full breakfast every morning please can we ask to pre book the day before if you require a breakfast;

MAY THE TEAM PLEASE ASK ALL DRIVERS NOT TO TAKE ANY FORM OF DRINK INTO THE PUB PLEASE THIS IS FORBIDDEN AND PLEASE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!! If THE TEAM find anyone trying to take drink into the pub you will be asked to leave the meeting.The landlord is more than happy for us to have as much drink outside on the racing premises which THE TEAM feels this is very good of them but HAS ASKED for no drink to be taken into the pub;Inside the pub is very cosy with a jukebox and a nice open log roaring fire it is a spacious pub so plenty of space for everybody to have a few drinks and a relaxing evening after a good days racing;

IMPORTANT INFORMATION;

Please note to all parents the place where we are camping and racing does back on to the River Severn there is no way we can fence the river of from all children so PLEASE PARENTS make sure you are on your guard with the children as this can be a very high and fast flowing river at times.THE TEAM also like to add it is the responsibilty of the PARENTS to watch your children and NOT THE ORGANIZERS OF THE MEETING
