Hi,
I'm having problems keeping the top motor mount screw from coming loose on my caster!, I have tried Losi thread lock which didn't last long! Any suggestions??? Thanks for replys on previous posts, especially Marvin! Cheers James |

try abit of the your partners nail varnish this allso works like thread lock and can be undone as normal

I use fresh M3 screws (new ones), with threadlock - let it dry, then put the screw into the hole - make sure you use cap head screws to get the largest hex socket possible (2.5mm), and tighten as far as possible.
That's what I do, and it has worked so far... |

I use cap screws, threadlock and also try to look for these, Lock washers. They are washers with grooves/lines that allow the screw head to grip them tightly.
If u're intending to race or keep the F8T for long, you can consider just changing to the Elite RC Mount. It secures the motor very well and allows easy maintenance.
