hello i put a lrp sphere tc spec with a novak 10.5 in my sc10 i turned it on done 1 lap at pda and it stoped. look at it and the yellow wire come off the motor
so i soldered it back on and turned it all back on and it was just sat there the motor got realy hot and the yellow wire come off agen any1 help

Check that there's nothing stopping the rotor from revolving in the motor and that there's no wires shorting across the motor terminals.

thanks mate ill have a look at it. it has been runing ok up and down the road at home just done 1 lap on sunday and it did that with the wire

When speedo's/motors get mega hot really quickly, that normally means something is binding or shorting out

Also look at whether the rotor is still intact - i.e the magnets won't slide etc.
