anyone know where to get one from (like the one on the promo vid)? I saw some on ebay but not there anymore

No they are not Durango Equipment.
There is no official Team Durango Pinion holder...

Looks similar yes, but its thinner, doesnt have team durango printed on it,the pinion sizes are on top instead of on the side at the bottom,
