Default Tracks in the UK

Are there any tracks in the UK (south east) that are open for free practice during the week?

I am looking for a track to run my B4 around, are there any purpose built tracks that are open?

Best bet would be to find your local club and ask them, perhaps it might be open to members only but they would be able to help
