The LRP 40c voltage was a little lower than the GM 4200 35c.
I discharged the cells to 3,5V.
I don´t agree that this test is not realistic because I discharge all my 5s and 6s cells like this and they deliver exactly (minus up to 2-3%) of their capacity.
If I pay more for a LRP lipo I thought I will get some more power.

the performance on a charger/discharger/balancer isn't overly important,as stated different machines will give different results, its how they perform in the car and on the track really,

But results retrieved on a single charger can be compared. If the technical parameters are identical - they will perfom identically....

orion are coming out with new 45c saddle lipos and are 25mm high.

I have not built my durango yet, how much clearance do people have with the intellects 4200 at 23.5mm high?

I would advise that you take a look at the shimming used. If even the standard shims are causing it to be tight then you may need to put on thinner shims or put the shims on the other side of the ring gear. It is best to check the whole drive train where shims are used.

Default Reedy Saddle pack!

Guys, I know the dimensions for most of the packs you all are running in the Dex. However, I am coming from a B44 and have two almost new Reedy 5100 packs. Has anyone figured out a way to make these taller packs fit into the Dex's battery strap configuration, or fabricated an optional strap, so that I don't have to buy two new packs?

Thanks!

You could lower the battery by milling the chassis in the battery tray. It may, or may not, weaken the chassis, so be sure it's what you want before doing it. Just a thought.

Hyper I was thinking about that very thing. It looks as though maximum clearance is 23.5 mm. The 5100mah Reedy packs I have are around 30mm. 6.5mm is a lot of material to remove. I'd hate to waste a chassis in the process. For the time being I'm going to focus my attention on the battery strap.

Thanks for the input..what I wouldn't give for a CNC machine right now!

you could possibly mill out the chassis 1mm, and 1.5mm for the battery strap. That should give you an extra 2.5mm

still cant fit anything bigger than 4800's though, so it would be a waste of time, unless you want to try the new orions 45c at 25mm high.
