Use of shock boots.

I would just like peoples opinions on the use of the shock boots.
Has anyone tried running with and without the boots?
Do the boots restrict shock travel? and/or change the handling
in any way?

im running without the shocks work good thats mostly on grass i would only use them on sandy,muddy type tracks depends what suface your running the car on
