Default Should i start with a cheap buggy?

Hello! Im starting to really like the 1/8 brushless buggies you can get. Like the inferno VE, ansmann vapor, bsd racing highvolt etc. There is also one by ishima called E1.0 http://www.ishimaracing.com/html/new.html it looks cool and its very special! But its about 430 Pounds. I haven't tried a buggy before, but i think it would be nice because im not really a real basher. £ 430 is alot of money and if i buy the ishima buggy and i dont want a buggy it would be really sad! So maybe i should start with a cheap buggy like ansmann mad rat? Buy the kit version for £45 and then use my brushless system. If i dont want a buggy then i haven't lost as many money as if i bought the £ 430 buggy.

Can you help?

I know my english is not the best, but i am doing my best

Have seen madrats going well, but would suggest looking for a good secondhand associated B4, still the most popular 2wheel drive 10th buggy, spares/setups/advice easy to come by.

Your english is good enough, but remember that all posters on these pages think buggy racing is the place to be.

Its not easy to find a secondhand b4 in Denmark. I dont like that the b4 uses inch and not mm hex drivers. And i think the bearings in front and pin in the rear system for the wheels are stupid! I like hex I also want the madrat because you have to build it. Ive never tried that.
I just wanna see if buggies is something for me. If i like it maybe i will buy a 1/8 buggy or another buggy.
I dont think i will be going into serious racing, but im tired of monster trucks! I want a car that can turn without flipping over. Oh and im tired of wheelies!

Ishima with laydown shocks is interesting design, but my friend that owns nitro version struggle with setup. He can't persuade it to turn into corners somehow.
