B4 Springs/Oil for Oswestry

Hey, Racing at Oswestry for the first time tomorrow, what would be a good spring / shock oil to start from? Thanks.

Try 30 in the front with Blue Springs, 25 in the rear with Silver Springs should be ok over the bumps
