Default Tamiya rally car advice please.

I have the makings of a Tamiya celica 93 monte carlo including new shell with original decals with all body parts and what I think is an original driver set. Chassis wise I have the makings of the the Ta-02 chassis and an FF-01 chassis. My original idea was to combine the 2 chassis to make a twin motored version but now I'm not so sure. I also have brand new blazing star wheels and rally block tyres. The only parts I think I am missing are bits for the steering assembly. Would I get a fair price if I were to sell as is or should i perservere and finish the project and should I go the twin motor route, or try to get as original as possible?
Please give me your thoughts.
