Trying to post some pics of Jon's masterful work.. anyone know why this isn't working?:

heres how i did mine

thats the code i used to do this piccy minus the two outside brkts so you can see how its done, only difference i can see is the \ at the end of yours

it's not working from flickr because it's a html page rather than an image. If you right click the image, and choose properties, then you'll see the link to the actual picture. Copy that and put it inside the [ i m g ] tags.

example: http://www.flickr.com/photos/chrisdono/3553408423/
the picture is:

http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2469/3553408423_ca39a0da3d.jpg?v=0

so you remove the ?v=0 bit and put the rest inside the [i m g] tags




You can also click on the "all sizes" link for the photo, then choose which size you want and it'll give you a link to paste into your browser for linking to the image directly.

not sure mate. i use photobucket. just copy the IMG code and paste in yer reply. works for me.

Oh I found problem source, you use:
<IMG><URL>http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2449/3560735712_78dd68ba0b_m.jpg</URL></IMG>

swap <> to [] - you can't use url tag inside img tag - that's the problem

Hi Jon, just a note to say BIG thanks for my new shell, its the dogs wotsits!!!!
Yes it was a good idea to let you loose and "create" your ideas around my intial paint scheme.
