ZX5 One way parts

Hi am i going to convert my ZX5 to centre one way. I am after a one way i can take apart to use or parts 90 & 89 here (top left image)http://www.oople.com/rc/manuals/zx5/imagepages/zx50016.html
I unfortunately didn't get a one way with my car. Can anyone help?

I think the parts are LA223 & LA224 looking at the manual if anyone can help
