any one know much on the side of the mamba brushless system for the 1/10th scale cars. ive had the 1/18th one before in my mini t i had a while back now and that was pretty fast.
any one running it ? also it seeems to be the only programable one available to do on a computer so far , correct me if im wrong. looking in this link there is a few snaps of the software running. http://www.beatyourtruck.com/prodreview-mambamax.html dont look to bad to be honest . the down side is the speed controller looks abit big. but in a 2wd it wouldnt be that noticeable. theres a few snaps of the system installed in a B4. here are some rough ideas on some sort of speed you can get from them : On 6 cells: 4600kv motor ~ 30mph 5700kv motor ~ 35mph 7700kv motor ~ 45mph On 2s lipo: 4600kv motor ~ 30mph 5700kv motor ~ 40mph 7700kv motor ~ 50mph looking at some of the videos at the bottom of the page it dont look exactly slow. performance wise on things like punch could be an issue ? although its not a well known company for 1/10th scale systems could it be best to stay with the partially prooven top end brushles systems. this makes me laff what they have said here in the update section under the reveiw lol ......" We also changed over to some larger tires which has made the front end slightly easier to keep on the ground " ...... hahaha on the videos it doesnt look very slow does it lol. the middle video of the 3 if the driver hit the camra i dont think there would be nothing left of it lol. all in al i dont think its bad me self what does every one else think ? ![]() garry . .
