I know that Ian and Nic are going to purchase new carpet but as to the grip level, I would assume that it will be high.

That said, there should be enough jumps and low grip sections to make for sensible lap times and a non-touring car set-up!

Hi All

Time table will be posted on friday as got the entry list yesterday. (this will include door opening times)

Heat Listing will be posted on the 14th

Carpet. over the Xmas time we have laid a new floor the carpet we have placed down is the carpet wars carpet as the new carpet will not get to us untill 20th.

Hope this helps on the end of the track abot 6m will be on wooden floor we are all so going to take to runs of carpet away i.e 4m by 30m near the middle of the track.

So far Wall of death,table top 3m by 3m,tripe jump and layerd corner and more to come.

I am waiting for a email so I can post the track layout ASAP

As said there are 4 X 42in flat screens around the track two with a copy of the race display and 2 with film from the track as the race is happening

track size 36m by 14m

Anyone know how that track size compares to Worksop or Bury or Broxtowe indoor tracks?

Should be interesting setting up for carpet!

Dave, I reckon it will be a bit bigger than Worksop. But very simiular, so you should be ok on the same gearing but consider going up 1 tooth.

i would say personally down 1 or 2 teeth from worksop with the higher traction being also comes higher load on the motor...

1 of my friend will arrive on Friday morning (07h10 - flight BA 094 from Montreal - Canada) at London Heathrow Airport - Terminal 5

One of you could get him at the airport and bring him to Maritime Raceway?

Well you have raced at West Bridgford and thats 30M X 16M on mostly carpet so You must be close with that gearing.
