Default Masking tape

I mainly use tamiya masking tape and to be honest, have never had a problem with it. But I have ssen some "blue" coloured masking tape used with the 3M brand mentioned. Is this available in the UK?

Does anyone know?

Im pretty sure it is, but I've never used it as I just use liquid mask for all of my shells. I know Gingapaint uses it and he keeps saying he will send some for me to try but he hasn't yet.

Not sure if anyone else uses it, I'm sure they will say if they do.

I'm pretty sure its the 2090 3m stuff.

Thanks for the reply. I have a resin hard shell that im planning on painting, and I need a good line, if that makes sense. I have really had no problems with tha Tamiya Maksing tape, Im just open to other options and looking for something a bit thinner to bend round curves etc.

Im on the hunt now.

Happy new year

I exclusively use B+Q's blue tape these days, it doesn't leave residue, cuts nice too, just difficult to see through without a light source.
