Ha ha, made me laugh when i had the idea to do it some time this morning . Met up with Jez to collect the car, and as i needed a quick paint job to race the car, i thought i can have the std shell 1 colour quick and simple, and i can have my usual paint scheme applied with no rush. I remembered i had some old frog decals ( re release ) and thought paint it pink and white lol. Tamiya frog was always my favourite....

I'd really love to do a b4 (or even a b44!) up with the original rc10 box art paint job. Classic homage...

ref materials for the scheme are still available at http://aedownloads.com/pdf/early_rc10.pdf

Yeah deffo.. It sounds daft but our cars all used to have there box art livery predesigned ( esp tamiya and kyosho). Some people chose to paint it like that. Most didnt lol. High end comp kits like what we all use today dont have anything ( bar a few kits ). I suppose they would be more realistic if they were full size racers painted up like the Frog lol. Good to be different.....

Its been a bit cold to go out into the garage and spray paint.. Although now I've had the extra time I'm pondering between two classic paint jobs
