Hi i just bought paint shop pro, and im just fiddling arround with it.

have anyone got any tips

Get to a good book shop and get yourself a guide book, look at a few, then
get one you can understand and covers things you want to do. have fun

meh just go onto youtube instead of a book type in something like paint shop pro baisics...

Easy answer, how much is photoshop these days, they almost give paint shop pro away.

I can get CS4 for £180 but CS3 is good enough for me at the moment.

BTW it was a joke, PSP is still good.
