losi xxx springs,oil and shock locations

hey ive just started back racing again.
having a nightmare trying to get my xxx setup properly, the car just wont jump without flipping.and feels awful.
i race at Bury Metro so can anyone give me some tips on springs,oil and shock setups.

What is your current setup.

My CR setup.

front = Green Springs, 25 Shock oil, 57 Pistons.

Rear = Pink springs, 27.5 Shock oil, Drilled 56 Pistons.

Try runnin a lighterweight shock oil in the rear!
