A guy at the track tried Shumacher ball cups on his 501x.
So he didnt have to run the stock servo saver.
Hope this helps.

Do they fit? A chap at my local track had some on and they were VERY tight indeed and were binding the suspension movement. They could have been a different cup to what your chum is running tho.

That guy sounds like it could be me. Ive replaced many of the stock kit items now and with the ball studs I run Schumacher items as they are metric threads ofcourse. I also got rid of the kit tie rods and run Lunsford's with the Schumacher grey ball cups. They have never popped off yet but I think they are developing a little premature slop now though. I will fit some new ones shortly and run some Team Azarashi heavy duty dust covers to keep em clean.

Not mate, they have been fine. I've only used them with the HB ball cups myself (on the 501X). The same car has the losi white cups on now but it's not been used since being rebuilt.

The HB ball studs seems to be quite tight on the losi cups, is that wat it suppose to be? or is it just me?

If you see my previous posts in this thread I had the same problem. Solved by polishing the balls with 400 wet & dry paper
