which set up do you prefer?
Hello everyone,
I've been given two options of esc and motor combinations to go in the TRF 501X WORLD EDITION so I would like to here eveyones views in which of the choices that you prefer. 1) LRP VECTOR ISTC 2008 ESC, LRP X11 5.5T SINTERED BRUSHLESS MOTOR. 2) TEKIN R1 PRO ESC, REDLINE 358 3.5T SINTERED BRUSHLESS MOTOR.

well defently wouldnt go with the 3.5 motor i would got for a 5.5 max if not a 6.5.

option 1 - and also add a 12.5mm sintered rotor, that will be the best option for 4WD off-road

Personally i run nosram LRP clone both units have there advantages the tekin is smaller and can be ajusted in deatail with pc link the lrp/nosram comes with the lifetime warrenty and is used by a wider range of of people so help is at hand at most race meetings if needed. So basically its up to you to choose which one you preffer add up the good and bad points of each unit and go for which one suits your needs best. Look at the specs and the price and the advantages of both and choose, there are so many diffrent brands of brushless esc on the market these days and loads of diffrent people run diffrent units so most threads turn into mines the best because i use it.
