The 09:00 on our website refers to the time the gates open on a club day.

For the regional the site will be open from 08:30, booking in will start at 09:00 and end at 09:30.

The track will be open for free practice from 09:15 until 09:45, heat one will then start at 10:00.

You can book in one the day, but please do so before 09:30 so we can sort the heats and get the listings up ready for 9.45.

See you then!

As for food and drink, the barbie will be fired up for breakfast and lunch. So bacon and egg rolls and burgers will be the order of the day. Cold drinks will be available but i won't be supplying hot drinks. I think there may be a cafe over the garden centre, but not sure. or if someone wants to do a coffee run there's an esso 'on the run' station at the bottom of the estate.

You can turn up on the day, if you're entering the regional event, the cost on the day is £12, but if you're entering the club heats, the cost will not be more than £4 the last day to pre-book is friday. either send an email to [email protected] or use www.dmsresults.co.uk

Giles, you can run your li-po in the club heats

Just to confirm to everyone the food's been bought, the barbie should be fired up for breakfast by 9.00. all prices very reasonable.......never had a complaint on the food.

Default 1/2 hour Practice?

The DMS web site is showing 45 drivers as booked in for tomorrow, + there's every chance you'll have others book in on the day!!
Is 1/2 hour open practice going to be enough?

Well one to all at Swindon club.... Excellent days racing, glad we used the bank corner.

Weather was nice and warm, after a chilly start.

yeah, great meeting guys. Like the new track, HUGE! Also one set of tyres all day for 8 runs (plus they did a couple of runs at stotfold) is a pleasent change for an astro track!

Oh, and i'm still alive after your food Mike so it must have been good!

Pleased to hear it, Jim.

Thanks to everyone who came down today, I know many of you had early starts and long drives to get to us, glad the event went well and the track seemed to be well recieved among the racers.

See most of you for the 2wd on 6th of July

It's a shame I missed this. I don't race often these days and I've got that BJ4we I STILL haven't raced.

I was in Barcelona, so it's not SUCH a great shame.

Are there any action pics available?

Elliott.

Missed you sharing the tent Elliot, you'd have been amazed at my jumping prowess - sorry, that should have said 'laughed at my dire jumping breakages'.

Will you be around for any other regionals?
