HW XR10 Pro compatible with "2in1" programbox?

So, I need some help...

Recently bought a new XR10 Pro. I already have a old program box (2 in 1 professional program box). The box has the newest software update on it 1.13 but couldn't connect the esc to the pc.

When connecting the box with esc, I get the notice "please upgrade software".

Is the box to old or is the software not correct? I hope someone can help me out!
