2.4G Module Question

So I wondered if it would be possible to get a 2.4 module that would fit my MK1 Sanwa Exzes radio as an interim to getting a new radio setup, also not sure how much racing I will be doing yet. I've seen the Sanwa offering and review on here but wasn't sure if it would work in my handset or not?

Also I've been reading about M8 & M11 modules are these a industry standard?

Any info appreciated.
