22-4 2.0 Rear Hubs - Confused

Getting a bit confused with what I need for when. Could anyone advise the part numbers for the hubs I need in low and high grip? Also do I need different length driveshafts or anything like that?

I currently have some on the car ( see picture) that I assumed were 22.3 hubs, however I also purchased some spare 22.3 hubs (see picture) and the seem slightly different.
