Muchmore ESC & settings box's

Hi All
Looking for a bit of help, I have 3 muchmore fleta pro's, 2 of which when I connect my settings box just display 'software 1.4' and won't let me program the esc, the 3rd one is fine and fully programmable as it should be.

I have tried 2 different set up boxes and different wires etc but no joy, has anyone else had this issue or know the remedy
