Cougar KF spares

Hi guys and gals
I'm new to 1/10 and just got myself a second hand but mint condition cougar KF
I'm sure I will be having a few prangs along the way lol
Looking for a job lot of spares
And any upgrades people have
Eg alloy front hubs
And rears and
Cash waiting
