Looking at starting racing

Hi all,

Am looking at starting racing in the next couple of weeks but haven't raced for 20+years! Am just getting all my kit and cars ready but seen as though you guys are my local track (am in Bingley) had wondering how I go about it. Am not a good driver yet and worried about showing myself up etc lol.
Any above on tyres, motor turns and setups etc would be greatly appreciated.
I run a b44.1 and a b5m.
