Left-handed transmitter?

I've just realised that while I'm quite happy how my 7yr old son is getting in with his driving, he might find a left handed transmitter easier to use (he is left-handed).

He's using an Etronix Pulse at the moment, so is there anything out there at a similar price point that can be swapped to left hand wheel?
