why are xb4 and xb2 wheels not the same price

Hi all

Can anyone tell me why the 10 pack of 14mm hex wheels are £5 more expensive than the 12mm hex wheels
are they the made from the same material
dont get me wrong just over 4 quid for a set of 14mm is good but 3 quid is better
