Receiver compatability for Syncro servos?

Hi there,

I'm not sure what makes servos and receivers compatible... Can anyone recommend a 2.4 transmitter and receiver to use with a pair of Syncro KS-200 servos I already have in a nitro car?

Will any 2.4 receiver work or does it need to be Syncro *branded?

I was looking at the syncro KT-200 TX and KR-200 receiver - would they work with the the servos?

Any advice would be appreciated.
