B5M set up questions

Hi Guys,

So I had bought a B5M off here not to long ago. And love it!!!

But i wonder what difference running gull wing arms make over straight? I have straight in at the moment.

And what shock oil / pistons do you guys run? I want to service the shocks but don't know whats in it now!

I'm using it on Astro at A1 and experimenting /learning about how to set things up.
