Default SSGT with Futaba S9670

I spotted this in another post and wonder if this is also true for the S9670 which is what I've got to go with my new SSGT. Although it seems to fit on the posts, I did notice the posts were twisted very slightly inwards, so maybe it's not quite right? I also noticed that the track rods when fitted are not quite square to the servo saver, which isn't right either is it?

I haven't seen any additional info on this in the forums (but that maybe me), so could anyone enlighten me some more or point me to somewhere that can show me how it should be done, and maybe provide any pics of what it should look like when fitted correctly?
