Default Newby help.

Hi all,

Joined the other day, decided to get back into club racing.
The last time i had a Kyosho inferno 10 so yeah a few years ago.

Just picked up a Schumacher cat K1 aero off of eBay,
Quite a few upgrades with it.

I need help with a motor setup, the track here is outside only and plenty of dusty sections and usually wet grass.
I'm looking for something that will give smooth control and not flat out attitude
I'd rather learn to drive the thing again before going for it.

That said, I have been looking at Orion vst pro motor, Orion R10 esc and battery wise i'am unsure, the car comes with three chassis incl the forward motor option which its sitting in at the moment.
Still waiting for the car to arrive.

The specs are as follows.

In fact here is the full run down.

Schumacher Cat K1 Aero 1/10th Off Road 4WD Rolling Chassis (No electrics)

Absolute Top Specification Car maintained at any expense and run successfully for a full seasons racing. Comes with the following option parts over the standard kit...
• Forward Motor Conversion (Carbon Fibre Chassis)
• Normal Kit Carbon Fibre Chassis
• Optional Alloy Chassis
• Front Alloy Yokes
• Front Alloy Pivot Blocks
• Rear Alloy Pivot Blocks
• Gear Diffs Front & Rear
• Alloy Transmission Housings Front & Rear
• Rear Alloy Hubs
• Newly Fitted AVID Bearing Kit
• Cougar SV2 Rear Wishbones
Also included in the sale are the following items...
• Professionally Painted Bodyshell (New)
• 2 Sets of Big Bore Shocks
• Core RC Spring Set
• Spare tuning parts (Roll Centre Adjusters, Anti Rollbars etc)
• Numerous sets of Wheels & Tyres
• Many New in pack spares (see photos)

Any help would great.

Kindest regards
Adam
