Problems advertising and uploading

hi.
Have tried numerous times over last few months to advertise and upload pictures, I've tried on phone, I pad and now a new pc but when I get to the uploading pictures bit it keeps coming up with security token is missing. I have no idea what this means .
Can anybody please help thanks
