Default Schumacher Cut Staggers for 4wd

Just got myself some of the new Schumacher Cut Stagger's for 4wd but i'm not sure if they should be run with or without an insert.

I know the standard 2wd cut staggers need an insert and the low profile version is designed to run without and insert but the new 4wd cut stagger design seems to be a combination of the two designs.... it has the same sidewall design as the low profile 2wd but isn't actually low profile so there seems to be too much sidewall movement when there's no insert.

Has anyone run these yet and what have they found?
