ESC Fan recommended?

Hi all,

Just wondered what peoples opinion was on using an esc fan- is it really required when running outdoor on Astro in England!, no more than 5-6 min races with a 20 min break between?

Its a Dualsky XC870TF 150amp with a 6.5 motor.
