Default Tips on how to fix LRP x-10 motor

Hello!
Today when I ran my car it startet to sound funny, like the gearmech was way too tight. When I checked it out the motor had come apart! The three screws that go through the motor had come loose and when I tried to screw them back I found out that the plastc (who makes this part plastic? really bad construction) "backplate" was stripped.

Anyone has any ideas how to fix this or do I have to get a new motor?
It really ruined my day!
